EYE is a triennial event for the entire Episcopal Church (pronounced E-Y-E). About 1000 people (high school students, their adult mentors, and Bishops from around the church) come together for this event. In 2020 this event will take place from July 7 – 11, 2020 (possible additional day added for sightseeing on July 6 or 12) in Washington, DC. The event will take place a college in Washington DC, with the exact location to be determined by January. The registration cost for the event is $400 plus travel, for an anticipated total cost of $750 to $800. Travel details will be determined closer to the event, but the preferred plan is to fly from Charlotte to one of the three airports near Washington, DC. Registration for the event will open Nov 1, 2019 and a deposit of $150 is due by January 10, 2020.
