A Vision for the Future

The future location of the memorial stones.

In a series of conversations, both in the Vestry and with Calvary parishioners, a comprehensive landscape plan was developed that includes relocating the memorial stones. This landscape plan was adopted by the Vestry in October of 2020. In February of 2022, the Vestry approved a plan for the stones to be incorporated into our existing labyrinth to create a contemplative space for healing and reconciliation. Members of the parish will be invited to add their creative work to the stones as aids for reflection. Additional signage will invite the community into the space and help educate them on its history and purpose.
