June Caminamos Con Dios

On Saturday, June 29, gather at 8:30 a.m. at Guion Farm Access Area Parking lot. The liturgy/hike begins at 8:45 at the trail head. We will hike the 1.5 mile trail to the Wintergreen Falls, a 20 ft. high falls set in a beautiful setting on the quieter side of the Forest and return via the 2.5 mile Thomas Cemetery Road Trail. This will be a mostly shaded, relatively flat, non-strenuous hike. The Liturgy of the Table and our picnic will be at the picnic pavilion. Driving Directions to Guion Farm Parking: From Crab Creek Road between Brevard and Hendersonville turn south on DuPont Road and go .7 miles to a left on Sky Valley Road. Follow Sky Valley Road past the junction of Old CCC Road (becomes unpaved here) to the Guion Farm Access Area 1.6 miles on the right.
