Lay Eucharistic Visitor Training

Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEV) help to embody and emphasize the reality of our church as a community. They bring communion and fellowship to the homebound and help support the clergy’s ministry of visitation. There are no special qualifications to become an LEV other than the desire to share the gifts of God with the people of God. At present Calvary has three teams for 16 homebound parishioners. In order to enhance this ministry we are looking for a few more teams to go out once a month. If you're interested, please join Fr. J. and Deacon Jacque for a training on Sunday May 19 at 9:15 in the Commons Room. Attending this training does not obligate you to be a Lay Eucharistic Visitor.
